We recently had the pleasure of welcoming Claus Nehmzow as a guest speaker for a training session with our regional Digital Influence team. In little more than 30 minutes, we heard about how the virtual worlds can change the way companies and customers interact.
Coming after the huge hype of Second Life, Nehmzow’s perspective was refreshing and quite convincing. Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide has used virtual worlds in a number of campaigns to enliven interactions and build communities.
