Annabel joined Ogilvy PR Australia in August 2009 as Junior Strategist for the Digital Influence team. After completing an internship in August, 2009, Annabel was lucky enough to be offered a position with the company.
While completing her BA in Public Relations at Charles Sturt University, Annabel was managing a pub in Bathurst. Here, she developed her communication skills when dealing with the public as well as working within a team. While working at the pub, Annabel also realised the importance of managing Word of Mouth in conversation which is where her interest in digital public relations developed.
Annabel also worked as a travel agent for 3 years with Trafalgar Tours and Contiki Tours. Her duties included call centre operations, client liaison, customer service and conflict resolution.
Annabel has a passion for social media and immerses herself in anything digital.
Annabel is excited to be starting her career in Public Relations with a keen focus on Digital Influence.
